Angels Pt 4 Gabriel, The Ambassador.

In our series on Angels, today we meet Gabriel, Gods ambassador from the throne room to earth. We find Gabriel a handful of times in both the old and new testaments, as the one bringing GOOD news from God to certain people upon the earth. He is able to take what God is saying and convey that in such a way that man can understand it. Would we need this type angelic ministry today, seeing that we now have been given Holy Spirit, that spirit of truth who guides us into all truth? Lets talk about that.

In our series, Angels, I wanted us to become aware again of the very real presence and work of angelic beings as we see in the Bible. Today we look into the highest-ranking angel, Michael. What do we know of him and his work, and will we see him again in the last days? Let's talk about it. 

Angels Pt 2 Categories of Angels.

In our series on Angels, we set out to determine first off, are they even real, and if so, should we be seeing their influences in our lives today as those in the Bible have? We see the Bible gives us great detail about angels, what they look like, what rank or category they hold, even the names of some of them. I want you aware that we may very well be missing about a 1/3 of the help that God has for us in not recognizing angelic intervention for today. 

Angels Pt 1 Where are they today?

In our new series, Angels, lets look into the ministry of these supernatural beings. It seems like we don't hear much about them anymore, do we? Why? They are mentioned 108 times in the Old Testament, 165 times in the new! Paul spoke of them, Peter as well as James. We see John mention them 65 times in the book of Revelation. Even Jesus spoke of them. So why not us? Where are they today? Lets talk about it. 

Toss your weight around!

"God is in control." Isnt that what people say? Is He? This saying indicates that everything that happens is because of God and everything that did not happen is because of God, thus excusing man from any responsibilities. I call that no fault religion. What if I told you that God is not in control but rather that you are? Lets talk about it. Time to start tossing your weight around.

In our last episode of this series, lets look into the mind of Jesus as it pertains to thankfulness. Was Jesus a thankful person? Lets look into the supernatural power of thanksgiving. There are some very powerful benefits to being a thankful person, lets talk about it.

In our series on the mind, how can we combat the flood of thoughts coming into our minds. We know the devil likes to use thoughts, ideas and suggestions to get us to question God. How do we answer these questions? Allow the Bible to be your brain. Lets talk about it.

In our series on the mind, lets identify some roots so that we may change the fruits. What has taken place in you where you have been sinned against or where you have sinned and it has caused a scar in your mind? We must begin to identify the root issues so we can begin to believe God to heal our minds. Paul talked about this very thing when he said, "Why do I always do the things I do not want to do but cannot seem to do the things I know I should do?" Lets talk about it. 

The Mind Pt 11 Suspicious minds.

In our series on the mind, lets look into those who are operating out of suspicion, judgment and criticism. We are all subject to this at one point or another, but we need to recognize the seriousness of this issue. Its not simply having an opinion about someone else, but rather a very dangerous place to put yourself in. You are going to open yourselves up for some major troubles and kill any witness you may have had for Jesus. 

The Mind Pt 10 Trust.

In our series on the mind, we are going to have to learn to fully trust God. No, not just in the good times, but what of the times when we have to admit that we just have no idea what to do? Thats when we have to cast those cares upon Him for He cares for you. Its not easy, but youll be glad you did. Lets talk about it.
