How to receive healing Pt 9 Faith and power

In our series How to receive healing, we are looking into biblical keys to release God's healing power. When we look in the Bible we see a man named among 6 other men who were being chosen to minister to the widows. They needed to have 3 things, be of honest report, filled with the Holy Ghost and wisdom. All 7 of these men met those requirements but of one of them, Stephen, it said that he was a man full of faith and the Holy Ghost. It goes on to report that it was this man who worked mighty miracles and wonders among the people. Lets talk about faith and power today. 

How to receive healing. Pt 8 Prayer

In our series how to receive healing, we are looking at "cords" of healing. We know God has the power but to see the power manifest, we have to plug in to that power and one way is through prayer. Prayer is a cord that power can transfer from that finished work where we know the power exists at all times, to this realm where we can see it. Faith is the key with any of these cords or methods. Lets tlak about prayer today.

How to receive healing Pt 7. The team.

In our series How to recive healing, we are looking into an unbeatable team found in the Bible. Gods power and your faith. We need to move past the idea that methods alone will get you healed. "Well I tried that and it didnt work." We see a woman with an issue of blood grab ahold of Jesus garment, the same garment eveyone else was touching, but this woman, even though doing the same mehtod, was the only one to walk away with her healing. Jesus said it was her faith. many were trying a thing, wishing and hoping to be healed, but only one woman had faith in the power and power source, not the method alone. We can get caught in that same trap where we see others minstered to by a particular method only to set out to do the same but missing the faith in the source. They walked away healed and you walked away disappointed. Lets talk about it. 

How to receive healing pt 6. The laying on of hands pt 2.

In our series How to receive healing, we are looking into part 2 of the laying on of hands. The laying on of hands was given to the church through the great commission of Jesus, that we should go forth and use this method to see peoples bodies healed. The Bible says this sign should follow those who believe. Every born again child of God has within them the ability to go forth and lay hands on the sick. Lets talk about it.

In this week's sermon of the week, we are looking into part 3 of Sons not servants. We saw where the prodical son came to himself, decided to come home, and when he did, the father had 3 gifts waiting for him. These gifts were very significant in the restoration of this son. Its the same gifts that our loving Father God has waiting for you. The father had a robe, a ring and shoes. Today lets look at the significance of the shoes.

Today we are looking at the laying on of hands and we have discovered that this is not something those faith people made up or that it is simply a New Testament thing. Today we will see many examples of the laying on of hands for the transfer of Gods power, supernaturally. Last week we looked into the robe and how that represented the robe of righteousness. Today lets look at the ring. The ring represented authority to do business in the father's name. These gifts are gifts that sons receive not servants. These are the gifts that await you when you return home too. Lets talk about it.

Many have taken to social media to discover how to do this which in itself isnt always a bad thing BUT what usually takes place is we are watching the LMNOP part of someones minstry and we missed that they had an ABC. So we jump in and see the amazing results they are getting and set out to do the same but dont always seem to get the results they have because we dont see the foundations they have built upon to be where they are today. Today lets look at demanding in the name of Jesus. Lets clear the air as to what exactly we are demanding and from whom. Are we demanding that God do something? Lets talk about it.
