NOT GUILTY Pt.3

In our series, Not Guilty, we are looking into righteousness. Right standing with Father God. We all know we and others, sin, fall short, disobey God at times, do things we know are not pleasing to the Father and it has been painted that well, you sinned and so you now are going to be on a type of spiritual probation and lets see if you can work your way back into the good graces of God because then and only then could you expect to be healed, blessed, etc...the church uses guilt, shame, condemnation to bend people to do what needs to be done. None of this is Biblical. Your bible says there is therefor NOW NO condemnation....is that right? Lets talk about it. 

NOT GUILTY Pt 2

In our series NOT GUILTY, we are discussing righteousness.  Most of the church world has heard scripture on this topic, "We have been made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus." But have no idea what this really means. Today lets look at this topic as though it were a court room scene. You have the judge, (GOD) you have the accused, (YOU) you have the prosecuting attorney, (THE DEVIL) and you have your court appointed advocate, (JESUS). You stand accused of sin, so how will this play out? Lets talk about it. 

NOT GUILTY Pt.1

In our new series, Not Guilty we are taking a good, hard look into righteousness. Most of us, if being honest, would have to admit that we have spent a good amount of our Christian lives under the feeling of guilt, shame, condemnation. So whats the answer? Works? You need to do more, be in church more, read your Bibles more, pray more, volunteer more, give more! Sure, we all know that we have sinned right? We dont deny that. So whats the price we pay for it? Whats the answer? What if I told you that you are not guilty? Would that change how you live your life and how you approach God? Lets talk about it. 

Passing the test. Purpose

In our series, Passing the test, we have been looking into those tests that all of us will find ourselves in, in order to make it to our destiny. These tests are made to build character because it is character that is the foundation that your destiny will be built upon. Today we see the Purpose test. what is my purpose? How can I recognize it and get to it? Lets talk about it. 

Passing the test: Pardon

In our series, Passing the test, we have been looking into the tests that all of us will be walking through to get to that detiny that God has for our lives. Today's test, The Pardon test. Can you forgive? Can you forgive those who refuse to ask for forgiveness and even continue to walk in sin against you? We have to learn to do 3 things. Release, recevie, and believe. Do we want God forgiving us like we forgive others? Lets talk about it. 

Passing the Test: Prosperity

In our series, Passing the test, we have been looking into the tests that every man, woman and child must go through to reach the destiny that God has for them. This week we looked into the prosperity test. You want to know where someone is, talk about their money! This test really hits some where it hurts. The word, tithe has really gotten a bad rap. We want to take a very biblical approach in understanding what's our side to this and what's God's side. What takes place when we do give and what takes place when we refuse? This is a big test, let's talk about it. 

Passing the test: Power

In our series Passing the test, we are looking into the tests that all of us will go through to be able to get to the destiny that God has laid before us. These tests are designed to build your character because that's the foundation in which destiny will be built. Today's test is the power test. Where does power come from? Who does power come to? Why does power come? Lets talk about it. 

Passing the test: The Prophetic

In our series, Passing the Test, we are looking into the tests that all believers will go through, to make it to their destiny. Destiny is built on character. God is always looking to build our character through testing. We have been using the life of Joseph to see the patterns that we will all find in our lives as well. Today, what about the prophetic test? God speaks a word into your life through prophesy and then what? We must learn how to submit our word to His word, test my word, and hold onto the word given. Lets talk about it. 

Passing the Test: The Prison

In our series, Passing the test, we are looking into the tests that all believers will go through to make it to their destiny. Destiny is built upon charater. God is looking to grow our character through a series of testing that all of us will find ourselves in. We have been looking into the life of Joseph. It begins with the pride test, to the pit, the pit to the palace and the palace to the prison. What do we do when we find ourselves falsy accused and placed into a prison of sorts? Its how we steward our responses and actions that's going to determine how long this prison sentence will last. Lets look at the keys to making it through the prison test. Here we find tests, inside of the tests!

Passing the test: Purity

In our series, passing the test, we are looking at how to navigate and grow through these tests so that our character can be built to support our destiny. Character is the foundation of destiny. This part of the test can be a tricky one. We come out of the pit and into the palace, things seem to be working in our favor, and it's easy to let your guard down. Joseph was doing good, running the place, things are looking up, Im out of that pit, Im in the palace, but its here that sexual impurity awaits. We must pass this test because so much is affected when you don't. Lets talk about it.
